The BR1.0 type plate heat exchanger is mainly composed of stainless steel pressed heat transfer fins, sealing rubber pads, clamping bolts, and the whole frame of the compression plate. It has the characteristics of high heat exchange efficiency, small material flow resistance loss, compact structure, sensitive temperature control, large operating flexibility, convenient disassembly and assembly, and long service life. It is currently the most advanced energy-efficient heat exchange equipment in China.
The BR1.0 type plate heat exchanger can withstand various corrosive media and has high heat transfer efficiency. The cold and hot media flow through adjacent channels through the respective channels for heat exchange. Due to the herringbone wave on the plate, the medium flow forms turbulence, so a higher heat transfer efficiency is obtained. High efficiency and energy saving, high heat transfer coefficient. Its heat transfer coefficient can reach 3000-4500kcal / m2. Ch is more than 3 times of the shell and tube heat exchanger at the same flow rate. It is safe and reliable in use, compact in structure, small in size and small in area, and is about one fifth of the shell and tube heat exchanger with the same heat exchange area.
The BR1.0 type plate heat exchanger is flexible in combination, easy to adjust and maintain, and can be cleaned and maintained by loosening the compression nut (refer to the cleaning points of the plate heat exchanger equipment ), and replace the rubber pad or plate. The plate heat exchanger plates are independent components, and the heat exchange area and process can be increased or decreased according to user requirements. The leaking liquid channel is set in the sealed tank, and various media will not collide. Even if there is a leak, it will be discharged outward.
Functions of each component of BR1.0 plate heat exchanger:
Fixed compression plate: do not come into contact with fluid. After tightening with clamping bolts, compress the gasket to ensure sealing.
Heat Exchanger Gasket: Provide medium flow channel and heat exchange surface.
Gaskets: prevent fluid synthesis or leakage and distribute it between different plates.
Nozzles, flanges: provide inlet and outlet for fluids.
Upper and lower guide rods: bear the weight of the plate and ensure the installation size, so that the plate slides between them. The guide rod is usually longer than the heat exchange plate group, in order to loosen the clamping bolts and slide the plates to check and clean.
Rolling device: enable the movable pressure plate or intermediate partition to slide on the upper and lower guides for assembly, disassembly, inspection and maintenance.
Movable compression plate: used in combination with the fixed compression plate, and can be slid on the guide bar for assembly, disassembly, inspection and maintenance.
Front pillar: It supports the weight of the heat exchanger and integrates the entire heat exchanger.
Clamping bolt: Press the plate group to ensure the integrity of the heat exchanger. The rubber seal is generally marked with the maximum and minimum compression dimensions on the label. When the compression is to the minimum size, the gasket must be replaced.
Intermediate bulkhead: The intermediary bulkheads are installed at different positions between the fixed compaction plate and the movable compaction plate, so that one device can process multiple media at the same time and perform multiple operations.
Ordering instructions for BR1.0 plate heat exchanger:
1. According to the different conditions of users, the takeover and takeover flanges of our products are divided into carbon steel and stainless steel. When ordering, the specifications of the heat exchanger, the takeover and flange materials should be clearly written.
2. Sealing gaskets are generally supplied as oil-resistant rubber gaskets, and special gaskets are available for special requirements. At present, the rubber gaskets of our factory mainly include nitrile rubber pads, EPDM rubber pads, and hygienic rubber pads. The colors are black, white, orange, and green.
3. The equipment process combination can be arranged according to user requirements. When the user cannot select and calculate by himself, he can entrust our factory to calculate and arrange the process and heat exchange area on his behalf.
